Objective and Plans

1.     Objective One: We will focus on Government Sector to follow-up and try to achieve for this year the first Cooperation Framework Agreement between Microsoft Corporation and Kurdistan Government; this will be the first Agreement in all over Iraq country and will give Microsoft and ASMAN company good reputation in Iraqi IT market.

2.     Objective Two: Our target on Education Sector/NGO Sector will give us good chance to push forward the Licensing, Technical support, IT training, and ??etc. to his type of clients since they are making major enhancements in the Education/Human Resources Sector and ASMAN Company will have very aggressive chance to be part of this.

3.     Objective Three: Implementation Projects through the Donation to Rebuilding Iraq Subcontracted with Foreign International companies, this type of business will need all types of support (IT infrastructure, Information Worker, Security Solutions, OEM Hardware and Software support, Messaging Services, Web Hosting and ISPs, IT Professionals Training?etc), ASMAN?s Company chance and Microsoft Corporation chance is very high in that field.

4.     Objective Four: Local market and Private sector companies, this can be very powerful and evolved market especially in Telecom field. We already did some great and rigid contacts/contracts with such types of companies (Asiacell, HIWAWI, MTC Atheer, Iraqna, Brusknet, MediaTel)

5.     Objective Five: During the next year (2007), we will focus on Integrated Solutions that is build up by H/W, Software, and Specialized System Integrators for Vertical Solutions, we already build up he relations and contacts, still how to use these and redirect them to business opportunities.
